Key Responsibilities Meet and engage potential customers from inbound and outbound leads. Present project details, pricing, and benefits effectively to clients. Conduct property site visits and follow up until booking confirmation. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain client databases and generate regular sales reports. Coordinate with the telecalling and marketing team for lead follow-ups. Requirements Excellent communication skills in Tamil. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Experience in real estate sales is an added advantage. Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred. Freshers with a passion for sales are also welcome!
