Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and site visits. Conduct property tours and presentations to prospective buyers or investors. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, legal requirements, and competition. Coordinate with developers, brokers, and legal teams to facilitate smooth transactions. Negotiate deals and ensure closing processes are completed in a timely and professional manner. Maintain a CRM system to track leads, follow-ups, and sales performance. Attend industry events, open houses, and promotional activities. Provide excellent post-sale service and develop long-term relationships with clients.
