Real Estate Sales Executive (Fieldwork)

Position: Real Estate Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential buyers, showcasing residential and/or commercial properties, and guiding clients through the sales process from inquiry to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Conduct site visits and property showings.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options.
• Provide accurate information about pricing, features, and legal formalities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for sales and client servicing.
• Previous experience in real estate sales (preferred but not mandatory).
• Self-driven and result-oriented.
