Real Estate Sales & Client Relationship Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and well-groomed female professional to join our real estate team as a Sales & Client Relationship Executive. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both English and Hindi, possess excellent communication skills, and have a presentable personality to confidently interact with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to potential clients for property sales and lead generation
• Understand client requirements and provide property suggestions accordingly
• Coordinate and schedule property visits with clients and the sales team
• Maintain and update CRM with client interactions and follow-ups
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Support walk-in customers with queries and provide a personalized experience
• Represent the brand professionally during all client interactions and property tours

Requirements:

• Gender: Female candidates only
• Languages: Proficient in English and Hindi (spoken and written)
• Appearance: Well-groomed with a presentable and professional demeanor
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle clients confidently over calls and in person
• Prior experience in real estate, telecalling, or sales is a plus
• Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred)
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
