Job Title: Real Estate Tele Sales Executive Company: D3Y Infrastructures Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply) Job Summary: D3Y Infrastructures is looking for dynamic and persuasive Tele Sales Executives to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, and converting inquiries into site visits and successful sales. You will play a key role in promoting our residential and commercial projects to prospective buyers. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads Explain project details, pricing, and investment benefits clearly and convincingly Follow up with interested clients to schedule site visits Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups Coordinate with the field sales team for client meetings and visits Achieve monthly call and sales conversion targets Handle inbound inquiries from marketing campaigns and digital ads Build strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business Qualifications: Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred Previous experience in telecalling or real estate sales is desirable Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
