Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller – Residential Sales to join our sales team. The role involves contacting potential residential customers via phone to promote and sell products/services, explain benefits, address queries, and close sales over the phone. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential residential customers from provided leads or cold calling lists. Explain the features and benefits of products/services (e.g., telecom, broadband, real estate units, etc.). Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions. Answer questions about product specifications, pricing, and offers. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales in CRM or Excel sheets. Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships for repeat or referral sales. Achieve or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the sales manager. Handle customer objections effectively and professionally. Coordinate with field sales or service teams if necessary for appointments or installations.
