Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell off-plan and ready properties from leading Dubai developers.
Understand client requirements and present suitable property options.
Conduct property presentations and site visits for clients.
Provide expert advice on project launches, payment plans, ROI, and market trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers.
Assist clients with the reservation process, SPA (Sales Purchase Agreement), and all necessary documentation.
Ensure compliance with Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA regulations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and upcoming project launches.
Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and property portals. Should be active on Social Media.
