You are seeking a Software Tester with at least 3 years of QA experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing requirements, creating test plans, and conducting manual and automation testing for web applications and services. It is essential to have a strong understanding of the software development life cycle and the QA role within it. You should also possess extensive knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. The ideal candidate will have proven work experience in UI testing, with the ability to read HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON. Additionally, experience in API testing and knowledge of HTTP and HTTPS protocol are required. You should have developed efficient and maintainable automation scripts for multiplatform and multi-browser applications. Familiarity with bug tracking systems, issue life cycle, and reporting best practices is essential, as well as experience with test management systems, test cases/suites creation, execution, and reporting. Proficiency in Java, OOP, test frameworks, and Selenium WebDriver is necessary for this role. Experience with mobile application development or testing, version control systems, continuous integration, SQL, and working efficiently with minimal supervision are all advantageous. Strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate remotely with multi-functional teams.
