As a Full-Stack Developer / Acting CTO in the Fashion & Lifestyle Tech industry based in Chhattarpur, Delhi, you will be responsible for leading the development of a next-generation platform that aims to revolutionize the fashion and lifestyle space. With over 7 years of experience in full-stack development and leadership, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies to deliver a seamless virtual shopping experience. The platform you will be working on is designed to provide users with a holistic shopping experience by leveraging multi-surface integrations, AI-driven personalization, and immersive interaction. With Growify Digital's deep presence in the Indian luxury fashion ecosystem, you will have access to a high-value client base, ensuring faster adoption, sharper feedback, and increased chances of success from the beginning. Your primary focus will be on building multiple Shopify apps, browser extensions, a core web platform with Single Sign-On capabilities, a rule-based recommendation engine evolving into AI/ML personalization, a centralized and scalable database, data cleaning and pipeline systems, and an API layer for seamless integration across various platforms and services. In addition to architecting and developing the core platform for scalability, speed, and security, you will lead the technical roadmap from MVP to large-scale adoption. As the Acting CTO, you will also be responsible for recruiting, mentoring, and managing the tech team, ensuring best-in-class user experience and tech performance, transitioning to AI/ML for personalization, and collaborating closely with product and business teams to align with market needs. The required skills for this role include full-stack expertise in React/Vue + Node.js/Python, database architecture knowledge in SQL & NoSQL, API mastery in REST, GraphQL, OAuth/SSO, Shopify app development skills, browser extension development experience, AI/ML integration using frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch, and familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps best practices. Preferred qualifications include experience in fashion/lifestyle e-commerce or AR/VR tech, knowledge of computer vision for virtual try-on, and prior CTO or startup tech leadership experience.
