Planning and execution of production activities. Responsible for handling SSR/GLR Reactors, Centrifuge, Vacuum Tray dryer, RCVD, Multi Mil, Shifter etc. Responsible for preparation and review of BMR. Ensuring daily cleaning activity & Machine preventive maintenance as per schedule. Handling of QMS activities like Change Control, Deviation & CAPA.

Roles and Responsibilities Operate and maintain equipment such as centrifuges, reactors, distillation columns, filters (RO & DM Plant), dryers, bulk drugs handling systems, CGMP compliance systems. Ensure adherence to BMR guidelines during API manufacturing processes. Monitor and control process parameters to ensure quality production of APIs. Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities to prevent breakdowns and optimize performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to production operations. Desired Candidate Profile 3-7 years of experience in API manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry. Diploma/B.Sc degree in Chemistry or relevant field. Strong understanding of batch manufacturing records (BMR) principles and practices. Proficiency in operating various types of equipment including centrifuges, reactors, distillation columns, filters etc.

Conduct inspections and quality control assessments for pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and other critical equipment in compliance with international standards (ASME, API, ASNT, etc.). Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) such as ultrasonic, radiographic, magnetic particle, and dye penetrant tests on pressure vessels and associated equipment. Review and approve weld procedures and work instructions for fabrication and repairs. Ensure all pressure vessel design, fabrication, and installation processes meet industry specifications and safety standards. Monitor the performance of nodulizers, heat exchangers, and related equipment, ensuring timely and effective preventive maintenance and troubleshooting. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for any quality-related issues, deviations, or non-conformities and suggest corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Prepare and review inspection reports, documentation, and certificates of compliance. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure materials and components meet quality standards. Lead and participate in audits of quality management systems, as well as internal and external inspections. Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and maintenance teams regarding pressure vessel and heat exchanger inspection, repair, and maintenance. Stay updated on relevant industry standards and certifications to ensure continuous compliance.
