Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for any quality-related issues, deviations, or non-conformities and suggest corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Prepare and review inspection reports, documentation, and certificates of compliance. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure materials and components meet quality standards. Lead and participate in audits of quality management systems, as well as internal and external inspections.
