You will work closely with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions. Your role will involve both hands-on coding and mentoring junior developers. Must-Have Skills: C# and .NET Core, ReactJS (v16+), SQL Server (T-SQL), ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript + jQuery + HTML/CSS, 7+ years of backend development. Should have built RESTful APIs, implemented layered architecture (Controller-Service-Repository), exception handling, logging frameworks (e.g., Serilog/NLog), and reusable services. Minimum 1.52 years hands-on with reusable components, JSX, routing, and API integration via Axios/fetch. Familiarity with React Hooks and lifecycle methods expected. State management (Redux/Context). 6+ years writing joins, stored procedures, functions. Candidate should understand indexing basics, query execution plans, and should have optimized queries within transactional workflows. Full DBA-level tuning not expected. Should have developed apps using routing, controllers, filters, and Razor views. Clear understanding of MVC pattern and dependency injection required. 5+ years in UI development. Should know JS event handling, form validations, DOM manipulation, and styling using CSS3. jQuery usage expected for legacy UIs.
