About the Role

React.js + Next.js Developer

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing user-facing features while working closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using
React.js and Next.js
Build responsive and reusable UI components using modern CSS frameworks
Implement
server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and incremental static regeneration (ISR)
Optimize page performance, bundle size, and Core Web Vitals for improved SEO
Integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL services efficiently
Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into functional interfaces
Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, refactoring, and documentation
Work with state management tools like
Redux, Zustand, or React Query
Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
Troubleshoot and resolve complex UI and frontend-related issues

Technical Skill Set

Strong knowledge of
JavaScript (ES6+) / TypeScript
Hands-on experience with
React.js (Hooks, functional components, Context API)
Strong experience in
Next.js (Routing, SSR, SSG, ISR, API routes)
Experience working with
REST APIs / GraphQL
Familiarity with UI libraries such as
Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Bootstrap, or Chakra UI
Experience in state management libraries like
Redux, Zustand, React Query
Good understanding of Git version control systems
Experience with testing frameworks like
Jest, Cypress, or Playwright
is a plus
Familiarity with deployment tools/platforms like
Vercel, AWS, or Docker
