As a Mid-Level Machine Learning Engineer, your responsibilities will include leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of machine learning models with a focus on NLP and LLMs for legal applications. You will enhance model training processes, data pipelines, and performance optimization for scalability. Collaborating with front-end developers to integrate AI functionalities into our React UI will be crucial to ensure a seamless user experience. Additionally, you will conduct rigorous testing and performance evaluations to drive continuous improvement. As a Junior Machine Learning Engineer, you will be supporting the development and maintenance of machine learning models and data processing tasks. Your role will involve assisting in the integration of AI technologies into our React-based front-end, working closely with senior engineers. Active participation in ongoing learning and team collaboration is essential to stay at the forefront of AI research and development. For the Mid-Level Engineer position, we require a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning (ML), or a related field. A strong understanding of ML and neural network (NN) concepts is necessary, along with proficiency in Python, ML frameworks such as Tensor Flow and PyTorch, and ML ops. For the Junior Engineer position, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. Candidates should have at least 1 year of machine learning experience or related internships, basic knowledge of Python and machine learning frameworks, and an interest in learning and contributing to React UI development.
