React + Node Developer

As a Senior Fullstack Developer at FloTorch (A Fission Labs Company), you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using React.js for frontend and Node.js for backend with TypeScript. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality solutions are delivered in an agile environment. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using React.js (frontend) and Node.js (backend) with TypeScript. - Building and integrating RESTful APIs to ensure seamless communication between client and server. - Optimizing applications for maximum performance, reliability, and scalability. - Collaborating with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver user-friendly solutions. - Writing clean, reusable, and well-documented code following industry best practices. - Debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving issues across the full stack. - Participating in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning. - Staying current with emerging technologies and advocating for best engineering practices. Qualifications: - 5-9 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development using Node.js, React.js, and TypeScript. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end tooling. - Solid understanding of TypeScript for frontend and backend development. - Experience with Express.js, RESTful APIs, and databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL. - Familiarity with asynchronous programming, Promises, and design patterns like MVC/MVVM. - Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. - Strong understanding of unit testing, code refactoring, and code reviews. - Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum development setups.
