Experience: 7+ years overall, 4+ years in React Native Location: Role Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled React Native Lead Developer with 7+ years of overall experience and 4+ years of relevant experience in React Native to join our team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of mobile application development, guide a team of developers, and ensure best practices are followed across projects. You will work closely with product management, design teams, and backend developers to deliver high-performance and scalable mobile applications. Responsibilities: Lead a team of React Native developers in designing and developing mobile applications. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and create project roadmaps. Develop, test, and deploy React Native applications across Android and iOS platforms. Ensure smooth integration with backend services and third-party APIs. Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability. Implement best practices in code quality, architecture, and testing. Provide technical mentorship, code reviews, and guidance to the development team. Coordinate with designers to ensure seamless user experience. Ensure compliance with platform-specific guidelines and app store requirements. Manage version control, continuous integration, and deployment pipelines. Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring timely delivery of features and improvements. Technical analysis of legacy applications Ensuring code/module reusability Prepare Technical feasibility documentation Estimate projects Requirements: • 7+ years of overall software development experience. • 4 years of hands-on experience in developing mobile applications using React Native. • Proficient in JavaScript, ES6+, and TypeScript. • Strong understanding of mobile application architecture, design patterns, and performance tuning. • Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries. • Knowledge of Redux or other state management libraries. • Familiarity with version control systems (Git). • Experience with Android and iOS development environments and deployment processes. • Good knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications. • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
