Job Description

Job Summary : Wissen Technology is hiring an experienced React Native Developer with a strong background in building scalable and secure mobile applications, specifically in the Payments, Digital Wallet, or UPI (Unified Payments Interface) domain. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of mobile security, seamless user experience, and financial transaction flows.

Experience: 4-11 years

Location: Bengaluru / Pune

Mode of Work: Full time -hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
Build and integrate payment gateways, UPI flows, and wallet features into mobile apps.
Ensure application security, performance, and scalability, particularly around financial transactions.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver secure and intuitive payment features.
Implement real-time notifications, transaction history, and wallet balance tracking.
Monitor app performance and optimize for speed and battery efficiency.
Maintain high code quality and participate in regular code reviews.
Stay updated with the latest compliance, security protocols, and updates in the Indian payments ecosystem (like NPCI guidelines, RBI mandates, etc.).

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in React Native mobile development.
Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, and mobile architecture.
Experience with UPI integration, Razorpay , Paytm, PhonePe , Google Pay, or similar payment platforms.
Deep understanding of payment workflows, wallet systems, and transaction safety.
Familiarity with OAuth, token-based authentication, PCI DSS compliance, and secure storage.
Solid knowledge of Redux, Context API, or any state management tool.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, WebSockets , and real-time data syncing.
Familiarity with publishing apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Good to have skills:

Experience working in a FinTech or payments company.
Knowledge of encryption, biometric authentication, and device-level security.
Familiarity with Indian financial systems, NPCI APIs, or banking APIs.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Firebase, or Crashlytics for analytics and monitoring.
