React JS Lead

Job Description

Job Title: React JS Lead Location: Chennai Experience: 8-13 Yrs Roles and Responsibilities: Convert user experience (UX) workflows and user interface (UI) designs into working product functionality. Self-directed within management guidelines. Recommend/develop improvements. Resolve issues and escalate issues as required. Estimate, plan and manage multiple concurrent tasks. Provide inputs for creating user documentation as required. Develop and perform unit test. Write and/or run automated tests. Coordinate effectively in virtual teams. Understand regional cultural considerations and form tight working relationships. Contribute in practice growth initiatives Interviews, training, mentoring, operational activities etc. Plan and grow practice/account through support to proposals and proposal defence Provide support to delivery for technical issues, escalations and reviews and to help in deploying in a customer environment. Create documentation of operational tasks, procedures and automated processes. Fix faults and restore the operability or carry out suitable measures (creation of workaround) Required Technical and Professional Expertise: Should have 8-13 yrs of experience with atleast 2 years in Lead role Must have worked in React Framework for 3-4 yrs at least Prefer if have expertise in Angular4 Frameworks, Node.js, Webpack, Babel, Jest etc Should have Agile experience React Component - Component Communication Advanced concept like Hooks concepts, code splitting API Call - Axios/Ajax/Fetch Lifecycle methods Middleware - Thunk / Saga or custom middleware Flux/ Redux/ Mobix (any one) Must have good communication skills Should have Devops experience in any one of the tools like Jenkins, GIT etc Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Perks and benefits
