React Developer

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Develop scalable and maintainable frontend applications using React.js. Implement Data Caching in a React App Use React Hooks for In-Component State Management Use CSS Variables or TailwindCSS to enable dynamic styling Deploy & Host a ReactJS App in AWS (Multi-AZ & Multi-Region) Create React Apps which consume REST APIs Use Storybook to Document & Catalog a React UI Component Library Integrate authentication and authorization workflows, preferably with services like Auth0. Handle complex React events and manage component states effectively. Create clean, reusable, and modular components that align with design and performance standards. Develop and maintain architecture documentation, guidelines, and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, backend developers and product managers, to deliver seamless and user-friendly applications. Collaborate with UX designers and backend developers to translate designs and APIs into high-quality code. Optimize components for maximum performance across various devices and browsers. Write unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives. Preferred candidate profile 4-6 years of experience working with React.js in production environments. Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Proven experience with building and maintaining reusable component libraries. Experience integrating third-party services for authentication (e.g., Auth0, Firebase Auth). Solid grasp of React event handling, controlled/uncontrolled components, and lifecycle methods. Familiarity with state management tools such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API. Understanding of secure coding practices and web application security. Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, etc. Good communication skills and a team-player mindset. Nice to Have: TypeScript experience Familiarity with monorepos and component libraries (e.g., Storybook) Knowledge of accessibility (a11y) standards Exposure to CI/CD workflows and version control systems like Git
