React and Next JS Developer

As a React and Next JS Developer in this role, your key responsibilities will include: - Producing quality solutions on projects within budget and schedule. - Creatively solving complex problems. - Working as a React.js developer with NextJS, proficient in building responsive layouts using CSS and CSS precompilation. - Having extensive exposure to Typescript. - Conducting browser-based debugging and performance testing. - Refactoring code and algorithms for improved performance and robustness. - Building design systems with highly composable, reusable components. - Conducting code reviews, performance analysis, and understanding large-scale application infrastructure and dependencies. - Utilizing unit testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library. - Familiarity with design patterns and microservices-based architecture patterns. - Managing continuous frontend performance optimization. - Contributing to internal initiatives to improve development processes. - Planning, designing, building, and reviewing content-managed, usable, accessible, and standards-compliant websites. - Participating in the frontend web development project lifecycle from pitch/prototyping through definition and design to build, integration, QA, and delivery. - Assisting producers/project managers with effort estimation, timeline planning, and requirement gathering for all projects. - Inculcating a culture of innovation and high quality in the teams. - Influencing, collaborating, and communicating effectively with leadership. - Motivating, mentoring, and encouraging multi-tasking within the team. - Working in a fast-paced development environment, interacting with product owners, business analysts, testers, and developers. - Designing overall solutions and individual applications. - Contributing toward excellence in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment. - Managing team concerns under the guidance of the division head. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's Degree in IT or related functional business area or equivalent experience. - Expertise in HTML or CSS with at least two years of work experience on Salesforce websites. - Mandatory experience in object-oriented, best-practice JavaScript and jQuery. - Exposure to headless commerce preferred. - Hands-on expertise in ReactJS & Next JS. - Good understanding of e-commerce platforms.
