Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Teacher, located in Salem. The Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans, providing education and training to students, and engaging in effective communication with students, parents, and school management. Daily tasks include classroom instruction, assessment of student performance through tests and report cards, and participation in parent-teacher meetings. The Teacher is expected to align with the management’s vision and adapt teaching methods to meet the varying needs of students. Qualifications Experience in Lesson Planning and implementing educational curricula Proficiency in Education and Teaching methodologies Strong Communication and Training skills Ability to work collaboratively with school management and parents Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field Prior experience in a similar teaching role is preferred Understanding of CBSE and matric syllabi is beneficial
