The Assistant Film Editor will assist in the editing and post-production of films, working closely with the editing team to assemble raw footage, organize media assets, and ensure seamless video storytelling. Responsibilities include managing video sequences, collaborating with editors on creative decisions, maintaining project workflows, and delivering polished content aligned with the project's vision. Qualifications Proficiency in Film Editing and Video Production Experience in Video Post-Production and Post-Production workflows Knowledge of New Media trends and how they influence video content Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain organization within video editing projects Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with creative teams Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in a similar role or a portfolio showcasing relevant work is an advantage

Key Responsibilities: Plan & manage daily content (minimum 3 posts/day) across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter/X Develop and execute monthly content strategies Coordinate with the Graphic Designer & Video Editor for timely creatives Manage daily reels, shorts, posters & uploads Track analytics and prepare weekly performance reports Identify trends to improve engagement and reach Manage YouTube metadata, titles, thumbnails, tags (SEO basics) Support promotional campaigns for films, OTT content, and music releases Maintain brand consistency across all platforms Engage with audience comments, messages & community Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in social media management Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube & trending content Good communication & multitasking skills Ability to work fast and meet daily deadlines Knowledge of basic marketing & analytics tools preferred
