As a Sr. SAP Basis Administrator at Fiserv, you will be an integral part of the SAP Basis Team, contributing to the implementation, testing, performance, and support of on-premises and SAP Azure Cloud systems. Your role will involve providing hands-on leadership either individually or with small teams to maintain existing applications and take part in new projects, including the Financial Transformation Program aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and industry best practices. This program will transition Fiserv to a centralized ERP business model with financial and procurement shared services based on SAP technology. Your responsibilities will include working collaboratively with SAP basis engineers, product managers, application development engineers, networking, and database administrators to optimize and launch products successfully in the market. You will leverage your technical expertise to fine-tune the current landscape and ensure maximum reliability and productivity of SAP systems. Key tasks will involve deployment of SAP support packages, system upgrades, SAP Kernel and ADD on installations, performance tuning, troubleshooting, as well as administration of RFC connections and SLD. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 technical S/4 HANA implementations with hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and deploying SAP landscapes within a Microsoft Windows server environment. Proficiency in SAP technology such as S/4, BW, BPC, Solution Manager/CHaRMs, OpenText, BOBJ/BODS, GRC, PO, and CPS/BPA is essential, along with experience supporting SAP environments on cloud infrastructure. Strong problem-solving skills, process improvement discipline, and a deep understanding of SAP and SSO are also required. Ideally, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field, coupled with at least 8 years of technical experience in installing and supporting ERP Financial software applications. Ownership, accountability, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to decision-making are qualities that will set you up for success in this role.
