Collaborate with application developers and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver database solutions that meet business needs. Monitor database performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices for data governance and security. Develop and maintain detailed documentation for database designs, processes, and procedures. Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior team members. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices related to SQL Server and database management.
