As a Production Coordinator, your role will involve planning, coordinating, and overseeing daily production activities to meet output targets. You will be responsible for analyzing production processes and suggesting improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Troubleshooting technical problems that occur during production will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Ensuring that products meet quality and safety standards is crucial, as well as implementing lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies. Collaboration with design and R&D teams for new product introductions and modifications will be essential for success in this role. Maintaining production documentation and reports, as well as monitoring equipment performance and coordinating maintenance schedules, are also part of the job responsibilities. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including food provided and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift with a yearly bonus. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in production design and be available for the day shift. The work location is in person.,
