As an Applied Clinical Scientist at ViewRay Systems, your main responsibilities will include educating clinicians on the benefits and applications of MRI guided therapy, providing clinical support in implementing MRI guided therapy, developing clinical training programs, supporting R&D in developing novel cancer therapy systems and workflows, assisting with customer issues, and contributing to issue resolution. You will also provide physics support in testing, commissioning, and acceptance, as well as support internal testing, validation, verification, defect analysis, and research development. Additionally, you will be responsible for consolidating the voice-of-the-customer and facilitating the enrichment of the VR platform. To qualify for this role, you must have a BS in Science or a related discipline, at least two years of clinical experience, and be certified as RTT, CMD, or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as you will be required to present to clinical teams. Valued qualifications for this position include a CMD certification, clinical experience in MBBS/MD or Post-doc programs in hospitals such as AIIMS, PGIE, or IDMR, expertise in radiation therapy, radiology, and oncology, experience with MRI guided treatments, knowledge in QA and physics, familiarity with SBRT treatments, and 1-3 years of relevant experience.
