R&D Senior Engineer

Your role and responsibilities :In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to successful project results in technology, software, product, and/or solution development, as well as associated Intellectual Property (IP). Each day, you will act as the first point of contact in Research and Development for specific product-related issues and maintenance. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying, proposing, and implementing innovative solutions.The work model for the role is: #LI-HybridThis role is contributing to the ELSP in Hyderabad /Bangalore, India.

Main stakeholders are ELSP.You will be mainly accountable for:

• Develop and maintain web applications using React.js, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Design and implement Windows desktop applications using WPF and C#/.NET.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design prototypes (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.) into functional and appealing interfaces.
• Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs or other backend services.
• Apply MVVM architecture and best-practice design patterns in desktop development.
• Ensure responsiveness, performance optimization, and accessibility across platforms.
• Conduct unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality releases.
• Maintain clear documentation and participate in code reviews to uphold coding standards. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose improvements to enhance the user experience.

Qualifications for the role :

• Bachelors degree in Computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 6-10 years of professional experience in React.js / React Typescript and modern web application development.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core, and WPF/ Electron.
• Understanding of MVVM, XAML, data binding, and UI control customization.
• Familiarity with Redux, Context API, or similar state-management libraries.
• Experience consuming RESTful APIs ,WebSocket and working with JSON data.
• Basic understanding with Git, build pipelines, and version-control workflows.
• Strong grasp of UI/UX design principles, responsive layouts, and cross-platform consistency.
