As part of our Research and Development (R&D) team in 3D Concrete Printing, we are seeking a dedicated individual to oversee the R&D operations. Your responsibilities will include developing construction plans, creating drawings, specifications, and calculations, as well as collaborating with engineers and construction teams to ensure the successful implementation of 3D printed structures. Additionally, you will be tasked with researching and developing new materials for use in 3D printing. To qualify for this role, we welcome applications from individuals interested in establishing a career in 3D printing. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is required. Any prior experience in 3D concrete printing would be advantageous. An in-depth understanding of materials science, construction engineering, and proficiency in 3D design software is essential. Experience with simulation and modeling software is also preferred. The ideal candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication abilities. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team is crucial. Familiarity with project management and project scheduling software would be considered a plus.
