About the role

Your responsibilities

• Support the delivery of new and existing product developments in PDM – Germ Protection , House Hold segment.
• Utilize formulation skills and technical expertise to develop new products, technologies, and benefits to address relevant consumer needs in support of brand initiatives.
• Read, understand, and apply relevant SOP / ISO protocols with regards to data generation for product registration for submission to Global Regulatory, Agencies. Proper operation, standardization & maintenance of lab equipment. Maintaining accurate laboratory notebooks, following Safety and Good Housekeeping requirements.
• Knowledge of basic laboratory techniques for working at the bench, understanding or interest in chemistry, surfactants, or related science.
• Ability to interpret results from lab tests, conduct performance and analysis evaluation of competitive products.
• Maintain supply inventory and order items when needed.
• Interface with key partners and stakeholders (supply, regulatory and marketing) to achieve defined goals and objectives.
• Incorporate Category Quality requirements into plans, ensuring compliance within the team.
• Enforce quality mind by ‘Right first time’ practice for working in area by following documented procedures & follow good documentation practice.
• Be aware, accountable for safety, health & environment in workplace every time to avoid accidents & ensure safe environment for working.

The experience we're looking for

• Bachelor’s in Pharmacy and Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment, including cross-functional teams involving members from Marketing, Supply, Manufacturing as well as R&D.
• Organizational skills and problem-solving skills.
• Oral communication skills to effectively provide feedback to cross-functional and cross-cultural project teams or immediate supervisor.
• Written communication skills for accurate data entry and concise lab reports.
• Timely execution of multiple project objectives within established timelines.
• Ability to display a degree of flexibility regarding changing project priorities.
• Perform other assignments as delegated by immediate Supervisor.
• Knowledge with MS Office Software applications.
