About the Role:

1. Lead and mentor a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of JAVA-based applications.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
3. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
4. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
5. Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
6. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines.
7. Ensure security best practices are followed, including the use of SAST and SCA tools.
8. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
9. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Technical Skills Required:

1. JAVA Classic: Strong proficiency in JAVA programming.
2. JSF (JavaServer Faces): Experience in building user interfaces for web applications.
3. Spring Framework: In-depth knowledge of Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, and Spring Security.
4. Hibernate ORM: Expertise in object-relational mapping and database management.
5. Maven: Proficiency in project management and build automation.
6. Jboss: Experience with Jboss application server.
7. Docker: Knowledge of containerization and orchestration.
8. CI/CD: Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.
9. Security Concepts: Understanding of security vulnerabilities, SAST (Static Application Security Testing), SCA (Software Composition Analysis) tools, and their resolution.
10. Agile (Scrum): Experience working in Agile development environments.
11. Analytical and Debugging Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and debugging skills.
12. Shell Scripting: Proficiency in writing and maintaining shell scripts.
