You are a motivated and detail-oriented R&D Intern who will be joining our Research & Development team. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in conducting experiments, analyzing data, supporting innovation projects, and contributing to the development of new products, processes, or technologies. You will support ongoing R&D projects by conducting research, documentation, and technical analysis. Additionally, you will assist in setting up and conducting laboratory or field experiments if applicable, collecting, compiling, and analyzing data from experiments and trials, preparing technical reports and presentations for internal reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Product Development, Quality Control, and Manufacturing. It is essential to stay updated with relevant scientific or technological advancements and maintain proper records of findings, materials, and procedures. To be eligible for this position, you must have completed a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Cosmetics, Powder Chemist, or Skincare. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a basic understanding of R&D concepts and techniques, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), good written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment are required. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, and the work location is in person.,
