R&D Associate - Math

 Curriculum Integration: Design hands-on math activities that seamlessly align with established curriculum standards (e.g., Common Core, state standards). This includes developing instructional materials like worksheets and videos to support the activities.

 Activity Innovation: Create engaging and interactive math activities that spark curiosity and promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Utilize a variety of materials and tools (manipulatives, games, technology) to foster a hands-on learning experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics/Science, Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Master’s degree in Mathematics preferred. Experience with STEM education initiatives desirable.

Familiarity with project-based learning and inquiry-based learning approaches.

SKILLS REQUIRED

 Openness to learn and create hands-on learning activities and materials.  Strong understanding of mathematical concepts and ability to present them in an engaging and accessible manner

.  Excellent creativity and problem-solving skills.

 Strong written and verbal communication skills.

 Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month
