Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 3 to 8 years of experience to join our team as an R & D (Analytical Development) in the Agrochemical Industry, located in Saykha, Gujarat.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement analytical methods for chemical research and analysis.
Conduct experiments and collect data to support product development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute tests.
Analyze results and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Maintain accurate records of experiments, results, and procedures.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in analytical techniques.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in analytical development or chemical research.
Strong knowledge of UPLC and other analytical techniques.
Experience with green field projects and chemical research is desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
