You will be joining Ingenx Technology Pvt. Ltd., a Silver Partner with SAP, recognized for its innovative solutions and supportive work culture. As an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in RCM/RMK, based in Gurugram, you will need to have 3-6 years of experience in the field. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and assist in end-to-end implementations of the SuccessFactors RCM module. This will involve working closely with business stakeholders to comprehend recruitment process requirements and configuring RCM functionality such as job requisitions, candidate pipeline, email templates, and offer approvals. Additionally, you will be tasked with integrating RCM with RCB, EC, Onboarding, and other third-party systems, managing data migration, conducting testing, providing user training, and offering post-go-live support. It will also be your responsibility to create and update configuration documents and functional specifications, stay informed about SF quarterly releases, and suggest enhancements. During User Acceptance Testing (UAT), you will be expected to offer support and address any issues effectively. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the SAP SuccessFactors RCM module and have demonstrable experience in at least 1-2 full-cycle implementations of SAP SF Recruiting. A solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices is essential, and prior experience in RCMRMK integration will be advantageous. Familiarity with Provisionsing, XML configurations, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP) is desirable. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong client-interfacing capabilities are crucial for this role. Preference will be given to candidates with SAP SF RCM Certification.,
