This is a high-impact role focused on driving performance, compliance, and innovation in the U.S. healthcare billing space. ???? Key Responsibilities : ? Team Leadership : Supervise and mentor RCM teams to achieve quality and productivity targets ? Revenue Optimization : Implement strategies to reduce denials and maximize collections ? Data-Driven Decisions : Analyze trends, performance metrics, and KPIs for continuous improvement ? Process Improvement : Identify and implement workflow enhancements ? Training & Development : Keep the team updated with best practices and industry trends ? Reporting : Deliver regular performance insights to senior leadership ? Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with finance, billing, and clinical teams ? Compliance & Audits : Ensure full regulatory compliance and audit readiness ? Technology Enablement : Drive adoption of RCM tools and automation ???? What Were Looking For : ???? 18+ years of RCM industry experience ???? 10+ years in leadership roles ????
