As part of our team, your role will involve establishing and ensuring compliance with departmental policies aligned with corporate standards. You will analyze data to identify process gaps, generate reports, and suggest improvements for key metrics enhancement. Root cause analysis of denials and implementing sustainable solutions will be a core responsibility. You will liaise independently with counterparts, manage projects effectively, and be the first point of escalation for identified issues, ensuring end-to-end resolution. The role will require rotational shifts for work from the office (WFO) and a focus on cost efficiency, resource utilization, and operational metrics. Key Responsibilities: - Compliance with organizational policies and procedures - Data analysis for process improvement - Root cause analysis of denials and implementing preventive solutions - Independent interaction with counterparts - Project management and issue resolution - Working in shifts on a rotational basis - Cost-efficient process management - Maintaining quality standards - Understanding client requirements and developing solutions - Creating reports using SQL/Snowflake, Excel, PowerBI, or in-house tools Required Skill Set: - Denial Management/AR expertise - Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, ICD, and CPT codes - Positive interaction with team members and seniors - Subject matter expert in AR follow-up - Proficiency in SQL, PowerBI, and Excel - Exceeding performance targets - Prioritizing individual and team responsibilities effectively - Strong communication skills - Analytical proficiency and MS Office skills Qualifications: - Graduate in any discipline from a recognized educational institution - Certifications in Power BI, Excel, SQL/Snowflake would be advantageous Join our team at R1 India to be part of a dynamic workplace that values innovation, inclusivity, and excellence in healthcare revenue cycle management.,
