Job Description

Role Overview: You have an excellent opportunity with HCLTech for the position of RCM Customer Service Executive (AR Caller) with 1 to 3 years of experience in AR Calling. The role involves working in a voice process as a part of the RCM Customer Service team. You will be required to collaborate with US healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in US shifts are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Review and analyze denied claims to identify root causes and trends. - Develop and implement strategies to reduce claim denials and improve reimbursement rates. - Work closely with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve denied claims. - Prepare and submit appeals for denied claims, ensuring all necessary documentation is included. - Monitor and track the status of appeals and follow up as needed. - Maintain accurate records of all denial management activities and outcomes. - Provide regular reports on denial trends, appeal success rates, and other key metrics to management. Qualifications Required: - Relevant experience in OTC Collections (Accounts receivable) is mandatory. - A minimum of High School Diploma or Associate degree is required (Minimum 15 Years of education mandatory). - Should be flexible to work night shifts (Strictly no Rotational or Regular shifts). - Must be willing to work from the office for 5 days a week. - Practical expertise in utilizing the Xifin tool is preferred. - 12 - 24 months of process experience in Denial Management and Provider/DME AR calling is desirable.
