Role & responsibilities Provides leadership in all aspects of Operations, Inter/Intra - department collaboration & conflict resolution, external coordination. Deliver project within timelines with high quality, compliance on safety and quality, budget, risk mitigation, innovation. Responsible for execution at multiple projects from start to handover, covering all aspects of project design, fabrication, production and installation. Ensure works are finished to desired quality standards, complying with timelines & budgeted cost norms. Preferred candidate profile Key Responsibilities Initiation/Planning Prepare execution strategy for the project by understanding requirements of all stakeholders Prepare and monitor risk assessment register regularly for the project Construction Management Monitoring all site related activities & ensuring the smooth execution as per project schedule with focus on optimum utilization of manpower, capital & materials Tracking project activities with key emphasis on HSE, quality, drawings, specifications, standards & codes; reviewing schedule & managing budget for cash flow requirements Safety & Quality Implementing HSE policies and encouraging the team to follow high standards in HSE policies Qualification, Work Experience and Other Requirements Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a reputed university. Should possess at least 15-20 years of diverse experience in high profile construction projects, R.C.C. towers, high rise residential and commercial complexes
