Role & responsibilities Oversee all on-site civil activities related to high-rise building construction Ensure timely and quality execution of RCC structural works Supervise finishing work such as plastering, painting, flooring, and faade installation Coordinate effectively with contractors, vendors, and internal teams Prepare and verify measurements for billing and documentation Raise and manage material requirements to ensure project flow Maintain accurate records, progress updates, and work schedules Preferred candidate profile Diploma or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering 8–10 years of relevant experience in high-rise building projects Proficient in RCC structure and finishing work techniques Knowledge of billing, quantity take-offs, and measurement procedures Strong team leadership and site management capabilities Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
