Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the quality assurance and quality control functions across all production lines. Ensure compliance with ISO standards (such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.) and oversee internal and external audits. Develop, implement, and monitor Control Plans for various processes to maintain product consistency and reliability. Utilize and promote the use of Quality Tools such as FMEA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, Pareto Analysis, and SPC. Analyze quality data using MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, dashboards) to track KPIs, defect trends, and customer complaints. Drive a culture of continuous improvement through CAPA , lean initiatives, and Six Sigma methodologies. Lead, coach, and develop the quality team to enhance their technical capabilities and performance. Liaise with production, engineering, and customer service departments to resolve quality-related issues effectively and timely. Develop and maintain documentation and reports as per regulatory and organizational standards. Conduct regular reviews of supplier quality performance and implement corrective actions when needed. Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Minimum 7 10 years of experience in quality management, preferably in manufacturing or OEM environments. Strong working knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems . Proficiency in using Quality Tools and methods such as FMEA, RCA, 8D, Control Charts, etc. Demonstrated experience in preparing and executing Control Plans .
