Roles and Responsibilities Ensure compliance with labor laws such as CLRA, RC Registration, PF Act, ESI Act, Bonus Act, Factory Act, EPF, ESIC & Labor Compliance. File returns on time for various statutory registers like PF, ESI & Labour Welfare Board. Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and leave management. Provide guidance to employees on company policies and procedures related to employment law. Collaborate with HR team to resolve any issues or concerns related to labor compliance. Desired Candidate Profile 3-8 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field. Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws including CLRA, RC Registration, PF Act, ESI Act etc. . Excellent communication skills with ability to provide clear instructions to employees. Proficiency in filing returns under different acts (PF, ESI) on time.
