The Executive Documentation & Audit Coordinator position at a Chemical Manufacturing Company requires candidates with a qualification of B.Sc. / M.Sc. / Diploma in Chemical field and 1-2 years of experience. As an Executive Documentation & Audit Coordinator, your responsibilities will include coordinating ISO and RC documentation across all functions, executing process safety measures such as Process Hazard Analysis and preparing Process Safety Compliant procedures. You will also be responsible for getting products analyzed by external agencies for DSC, Reaction Calorimetric & Dust Exclusivity and preparing Sustainability Reports. Additionally, you will update various audit compliance trackers, gather information for MRM and Sustainability aspects, and assist the management representative in daily tasks related to ISO, RC, and Sustainability. This role requires someone who is well-versed in compliance tracking, communication, and is proactive in executing tasks within stipulated timelines. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling various responsibilities efficiently.
