Job Description 1. As a Regional Sales Manager you will be based at bangalore and wil handle Sales & Business Development of Neuro/CNS Businesscovering entire Karnataka for reputed Pharma listed company. 2. You will ensure achievement of budget, new product launches & Retention / Development of team of ABM's & MR's and achieving high PCPM and target achievement. 3. You will handle scientific / medical promotions and effective implementation of strategies and appointed as Stockist & Distributes. 4. You should be good in Man/ Management and Administrative Control on Field Force. 5. You will be responsible for effective and also helping them to achieve targets. Required Candidate Profile 1. You should be B.Sc Science or Pharmacy Graduate with 10-15 years experience in Pharma Sales out of which 2-3 years as Regional Sales Manager handling of covering Neuro/CNS for reputed Pharma company, covering entire Karnataka. 2. You should be good in Man/ Management and Business Development. 3. You should have good experience in scientific / medical promotions, launching new products and effective implementation of strategies. 4. You should be good in Maintaining Administrative Control on Filed Force. 5. You should be good in appointed Stockist /Distributors.
