One of the worst I've ever seen in my banking experience. Call centre folks are most illeterate and they misguide people. Had credit card which I'm cancelling because of the type of cheating this guys are doing. If there would be minus rating for this bank would've happily given that rating.

It's worst bank in Ameerpet branch, no response from staff. Not given proper information. More than 30 -40 min sitting on bank, but customer service desk peson available. No response other staff. Simply say wait for few minutes.
