As a Stock Market Operations Associate at A Digital Blogger in Mohali, you will be responsible for conducting client calls to understand scam incidents, collecting transaction records, broker communication, and chat logs. You will also assist in lodging formal complaints with SEBI, RBI, and Cyber Police, collaborate with compliance/legal teams to prepare documentation, maintain detailed case files, and escalate high-risk issues. To excel in this role, you should have 6 months to 2 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in financial services. A good understanding of stock market operations, SEBI/RBI rules, and fraud patterns is essential. Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English, along with empathy and assertiveness, will be key. You should possess a high attention to detail, be organized, and remain calm in sensitive situations. This position is crucial as you will directly support individuals impacted by trading scams, gain valuable experience in fraud investigation and regulatory processes, and work closely with SEBI/RBI registered compliance and legal professionals. The compensation for this role ranges from 20,000 to 35,000 INR per month, depending on experience. The work mode is onsite in Mohali, typically on a 6-day week schedule.
