You are a highly skilled Zscaler Implementation Subject Matter Expert (SME) sought after to take charge of deploying, operating, and optimizing Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), and Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX) in enterprise environments. With over 8 years of experience, your role involves configuring Zscaler solutions, monitoring services, managing security policies, and optimizing digital experience monitoring on ZDX. Your tasks will include automating processes, designing RBAC roles, providing support to early adopters, and ensuring compliance with security standards and best practices. You will also stay updated on the latest Zscaler features and security enhancements, support developers in integrating Zscaler APIs for security automation, and collaborate with teams to drive Zscaler adoption. To excel in this role, you must possess strong knowledge of cloud security principles, zero trust architecture, network security, and policy enforcement. Your expertise in automation tools and scripting languages such as Python and Terraform will be beneficial. Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are essential. Preferred qualifications include prior experience with large-scale enterprises implementing Zscaler solutions, certifications in cloud security or Zscaler platform, and experience in incident response and security monitoring using Zscaler.,
