We are searching for a skilled Senior .NET Developer to take the lead in the migration of our enterprise software from ASP.NET (WebForms/MVC) to Blazor. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of .NET technologies, extensive knowledge of Blazor, and a background in modernizing legacy applications. In this role, you will be responsible for re-architecting existing applications, ensuring performance optimization, and implementing best practices for modern web development. Your responsibilities will include leading the migration of current ASP.NET (WebForms/MVC) applications to Blazor, redesigning and refactoring legacy code to conform with modern architectural principles, implementing Blazor components, optimizing application performance, enhancing UI/UX using Blazor's capabilities, working with Azure/AWS cloud services for deployment and scalability, ensuring security, compliance, and best practices in the new architecture, collaborating with business analysts, UI/UX designers, and other developers to meet business requirements, conducting code reviews, writing technical documentation, and mentoring junior developers. Key Skills & Requirements: Technical Skills: - ASP.NET WebForms/MVC: Strong experience in legacy enterprise applications. - Blazor (Server & WebAssembly): Deep understanding of component-based architecture. - C#/.NET Core/.NET 6+: Strong programming and architecture skills. - Entity Framework/Core: Experience in database access and ORM. - JavaScript/TypeScript: Understanding of front-end enhancements in Blazor. - RESTful APIs/Web Services: Experience integrating with back-end services. - Razor Components: Building reusable UI components in Blazor. - SQL Server/PostgreSQL: Strong database and query optimization skills. - Azure DevOps/Git CI/CD Pipelines: Experience in modern DevOps practices. - Microservices & Cloud Architecture: Preferred experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). Soft Skills: - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and lead complex migrations. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Strong understanding of enterprise software development lifecycles. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in progressively modernizing legacy applications. - Exposure to .NET MAUI/Xamarin (optional but a plus). - Prior work in large-scale, multi-tenant enterprise applications.
