Participate in menu tastings and contribute ideas to enhance existing dishes or create new ones. Collaborate with other team members to address any kitchen-related issues and find effective solutions. Comply with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for yourself and others. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role in a professional kitchen environment. Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and cooking procedures. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
