As an Experienced Project Coordinator at our company, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-impact projects in a collaborative environment. With a minimum of 7 years of experience in Interior design Fit-out construction works, Civil, and MEP projects, you will bring valuable expertise to our team. Your responsibilities will include: - Experience in handling structural Engineering, such as construction of warehouse, large structural metal skeleton/frame works of a building, and load calculations, will be considered an added advantage. - Proficiency in Interior fit-out of high-end residential and commercial projects is a MUST. - Knowledge and experience in MEP projects are preferable. - Expertise in interpreting shop drawings, material submittals, and specifications to guide on-site activities accurately. - Strong attention to detail and excellent communication coordination skills between design, project, production, and client teams. - Competence in preparing project work schedules and handling daily business paperwork like submittals and IR. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. You should have proven experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. In addition to technical skills, soft skills such as excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Time management, target-oriented mindset, good planning skills, and experience in handling clients and coordinating between in-house and external resources are also key attributes for this position.
