Duties and Responsibilities- Learning and studying softwares that are used like- Internal ERP,AutoCad, IMOS, B- Solid, Biesse Works, Wood Wop, Optimiser, etc. Using these softwares for data generation purpose for manufacturing modular furniture on CNC machines. Understanding product design requirements of retail/marketing end. Working closely with marketing or retail end people to understand product requirement and making product drawings accordingly. Checking if product designs are feasible as per stability and manufacturing constraints. Maintain accurate records Sending flawless production data to factory which includes-drawings, cutting list, hardware list, CNC files, CSV files, optimisation details, material requirement papers,etc. Estimate the cost of materials, manufacturing, and labor for a project. Create comprehensive design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and technical reports. Manage project timelines and deliverables. Effectively communicate design concepts To provide detail material and hardware requirement details to purchase person. Forwarding accurate billing details to the factory.
